Food 3/11/08

Breakfast:
Coffee with half and half
Morning suppliments

After Workout:
Plain yogurt
water

Lunch:
Lara bar
Water
Afternoon suppliments

Snack:
Pringles -- about 16 total
(probably should have eaten the apple instead!)

Dinner:
Kifer - straberry, yum!
Water
Chicken vol-au-vent -- only one serving!!
Evening suppliments

Before Bed:
Water
Chill-out
