Here's the schedule with her:
- Tuesday Mornings: Cardio for approx 40 minutes
- Wednesday Nights: Weight room for apporx 30 minutes
- Thursday Mornings: Cardio for Approx 40 minutes
- Sunday: Morning walk
- Monday: Morning walk
- Tuesday: Cardio with buddy
- Wednesday: Weights with buddy
- Thursday: Cardio with buddy
- Friday: Morning walk
- Saturday: Morning walk
- Repeat!
I'm also taking charge of my diet and getting proper suppliments into me. Here's the break down for that:
Morning:
Apple Cider Vinegar tablet (1)
Flax seed oil gel cap (1)
Women in Balance vitamin (1)
Fiber tablet (2)
Vitamin C tab(1)
Afternoon:
Apple Cider Vinegar tablet (1)
Flax seed oil gel cap (1)

Before Bed:
Chill-out suppliment(1)
I'm also going to work on getting an active enzyme suppliment worked in as well.
My goals are these:
- Lose some weight
- Down a few sizes
- Become stronger
- Be happier with my looks
- Feel better in my body
- And look good in a bathing suit by my birthday
I don't think those are too much or pie-in-the-sky wishes. They are things that I really want, and now I'm going to make the effort to make them all come true.
So, there's my plan! Now I just have to stick to it ;)
