Note: according to the machine I burned 365.5 calories, 4200 strides and went 3.20 miles!

Half a sandwich(club royal)

Running around all day

Maybe an hour total.

Note: Dani called today and let me know she wouldn't be able to make it. But that turned out to be ok becaue I really needed to meet with my math professor for a while.
